Description

Escape is a 3D Puzzle game.

Players have to solve puzzles to go ahead the complex and escape.

Players can jump, interact with boxes, interact with buttons and use a gravity gun.

Goals

One of the first thought i had in mind was to mix verticality and boxes together.
I wanted to work with "layers": I've choosen for the player start not-so-dirty meshes and wall collapsed to make the player feels in danger.

As the player use the elevator, the meshes are white and clean.

In the middle of the level meshes are dirtier due to the progression of the game, as the meshes become dirtier the difficulty increase.

After, i started designing a progression puzzles, making sure to increase the difficulty room by room.

The layout was done in order to fit the puzzles. Every 2 puzzles has a corridor, made to break the pace game.
